You are correct, the road area and temporary work area have been reversed. I updated page 5 of the application
switching the Work area with the Road fill with culvert. I apologize for the confusion. Let me know which copies I have

Hi Cherri,
The areas listed on the revised page 5 of the application are the correct values. They are the same as what is shown on
the table on the lower right corner of the site plan. The buffer impact callout was not updated. I can send you an
updated one if needed.
For the Temporary work area, we have extended impacts before and after the pipes as shown on the site plan to allow
some space for the construction of temporary coffer dams for bypass pumping while the pipe culvert is being replaced

as required for the erosion and sediment control permit. The dam will be removed and the slopes restored upon
completion.
I hope I have explained everything clearly and if there is anything else that you need some clarification with, just let me
know.

We received the additional information here at the Regional Office on May 14. The only remaining questions that | have
relate to the buffer impacts. The buffer impacts listed on the revised page 5 of the application don't match the impacts
shown on the plans. Also, in the application you have the road crossing listed as a temporary impact and usually road
crossings require permanent buffer impacts. The work area is listed asa temporary impact, and I'm not sure what that
means. |f you could help me clarify this information, | would appreciate it. Thank you.
