Description of projects area and activity: The authorized action completes a Visitors Center for the Vietnam Veterans Memorial to serve existing and future visitors to the site. Specifically, the impact allows for a single tributary crossing of 41 linear feet (392 square feet /0.009 acre) and pedestrian crossing of the same tributary system.
