This review reflected compliance with the subject permit. Other observations: • Piedmont Water WTP: 640.07 tons were applied. Nutrients and metals analysis was completed quarterly. TCLP was completed annually. Residuals were applied to seven fields, two also received material from Asheboro WWTP (WQ0001684), RD34-2 and RD34-3b. pH values for the first, second, and fourth quarters were below 6. • Brown WTP: 1,261.89 tons were applied. Nutrients and metals analysis was completed quarterly. TCLP was completed annually. Residuals were applied to eleven fields. Some fields may be included in the Durham RLAP permit (WQ0003504). pH values were all below 6. • Lear WWTP: 264.14 tons were applied. Nutrients and metals analysis was completed quarterly. TCLP was completed annually. Fecal coliform analysis was done to confirm fecal coliform concentrations are less than 1,000 MPN/gram residuals.
