I am sending this correspondence in reference to the Town of Jackson experiencing inflow exceeding it's
permitted limits into it's sanitary sewer system on the following date (with amounts). February 8, (631,400
gals). this event was in response to the Town experiencing 1.0" of rainfall on the 7". This date the
freeboard at the Town's W WTP Storage Lagoon stands at 37'. The Town's Public Works Staff continues
to address I & I issues within our sanitary sewer system.
