The PCN, with attachments, is being resubmitted to the USACE and DWR because a culvert was installed
within the RPW/ditch and without USACE approval, thus making this an after the fact permit. This application is
a courtesy copy to the DWR, as cumulative impacts do not exceed 0.10-acre.
