Our modification process does not update the existing COC or permit record. It only records the information in the
permit file and in a Modification Confirmation email.
(We have many examples of projects that have changed address and are handled this way).
If this is not acceptable, please submit a new NOI to obtain a COC with the correct address, and then submit a Notice of
Termination (NOT) request for this current COC (which will be replaced by the new one).
Please advise if you want to proceed with the Modification request or instead apply for a new COC that reflects the
new address.
