Jay,
I do not recall ever receiving a JD package in April. If you have a .pdf of the files, feel free to email
them to me or just include with your response for additional information. I'd be happy to schedule an
office meeting with you all, but we must include DWQ, since their 401 Certification is a component of
our 404 Permit. While I recognize and appreciate your desire to discuss this face-to-face, I
recommend that you submit any of the additional information that you currently have as soon as
possible....either that, or withdraw the request for NWP Verification. until we have a chance to meet.
The earliest I could meet is December -let me know what you want to do. Please be aware that my
request for additional info has a 30-day timeframe -once the 30 days is up, if the application is still
incomplete, we must withdraw the application for you and close the file.
Also, Mr. Wenger -the mailing address submitted on the PCN must be incorrect, since our letter to
you was just returned. Please provide your correct mailing address.

Hello Jennifer, I understand that you are extremely busy with the normal project details and the new Rapanos &
NWP's. Looking at some of the comments on the request for more information, it appears that the site packets
that we mailed on April 9th were not reviewed. Did you receive the data forms, wetland maps, agent
authorizations, etc.? Craig, Lee, & I definitely need to meet with you. We would like to do this at your office at
your earliest convenience. Several items affect these projects, some of which are beyond your (and our)
control. We need to discuss these with you. Improved verbal communication in the future is critical. There are
some potential revisions that, I believe, will benefit all parties involved. We look forward to meeting with you.
