1 ant sending this correspondence in reference to the Town of Jackson experiencing inflow exceeding its'
permitted limits into its' sanitary sewer system on the following dates: (with amounts). April 7"' through the
(469.600 gallons averaged out each day over the period). This was in response to 2.2 inches rainfall
over the Holiday and weekend period. Todays' freeboard is 3' l 1" at the Towns' W WTP Storage Lagoon.
The town has been and still is working on I & I issues throughout the Town and is working toward
obtaining grant monies to improve our system. %Jacksons' permit numbers are: WQCS00301 and
