and found to be satisfactory. Authorization to hereby granted, subject to approval
by the Virginia State Waster Control board, for the construction of a 0.02 MGO extended
aeration v&st¢vatnr treatmOnt plant eonsistiag of an aerated equalisation teak, a
comalnutor, bar screen, Influent pumps, dual aeration basins with froth control, dual
clarifiers, dual sludge holding tanks and chlorlm contact eebambers, a retaeration and
doehlorination tank, a laboratory, effluent flow messurment and an effluent outfall
snafu!.
This is a Class I1 vaeteerater Treatment Plant which requires the operator in
responsible charge to hold a valid Grade 11 Certificate,
