On June 20, 2014, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) received a performance bond (Bond#
106029656) from Wildlands Holdings II, LLC (Wildlands) to cover performance and construction
costs on the Buck Swamp Buffer and Nutrient Offset Mitigation Bank ( "site ") in Wayne County.
On January 9, 2015, at the request of Wildlands, Katie Merritt with DWR, conducted an on -site
visit of the site and confirmed that the site had been planted/constructed and monitoring plots had
been installed. Daniel Taylor with Wildlands was also present. Additionally, on April 6, 2015,
DWR received an As -Built Report for the site.
By copy of this correspondence, DWR confirms that Wildlands has satisfied their performance
obligations outlined in the Bank Parcel Development Package for the site and have
planted/constructed the site in its entirety. Therefore, the DWR is releasing Wildlands from the
above - mentioned performance bond. If you need anything further, please don't hesitate to contact
