Can you withdraw from BIMS ... this is in the sixmile creek basin. And falls under the state stormwater
program.... reviewed by land quality or the other storm water program

Correct, there is no riparian buffer program in the 6 mile creek watershed. If the project is subject to
stormwater, everything will be handled through that.

This is a buffer application. The issue is that it is in the 6 mile creek. I was helping the guy with what he can and can't do
(pre application ,,,,information stuff). But This shouldn't have been submitted to us..right? LQ should be handling it
through their SW program... right ? ??
