Project Narrative
This project involves the development of A 70.19 Ac parcel, consisting of 134
single family lots/homes with the associated infrastructure. 32.64 Ac. of the site
will remain as common open space.
The project is located in the Town of Wingate Mecklenburg County, N.0 on
SR 1022 (Ansonville Road).
The impervious area for the site will be collected in a storm drainage system and
conveyed to two separate Stormwater Wetlands for treatment. Located in the rear
of the project.
The Stormwater Wetlands will treat water quality volume as well as detain the 1
year, 10-year, 50 year. The 100 year storm elevation in each Stormwater Wetland
is more than one foot below the top of dam.
