The undersigned, Environmental Banc & Exchange, LLC the Sponsor of the RES French Broad
05 Mitigation Bank (Shiitake Ridge Site) hereby certifies the following:
1. Dodge Stores has deposited monies with the Sponsor sufficient to acquire 0.084
Wetland Mitigation Credits from the Bank for use on its Dodge's Store project,
DWR Project #SAW-2022-01261, in Henderson County, in HUC 06010105 of the
French Broad River Watershed.
2. Dodge's Store project requires a total of 0.239 Riparian Wetland Mitigation Credits
as mitigation. Of this amount 0.084 Riparian Wetland Mitigation Credits are being
provided by the Shiitake Ridge Site. Puncheon Fork is providing the remaining
0.155 Riparian Wetland Mitigation Credits.
2. The Sponsor has deducted 0.084 Wetland Mitigation Credits from the Bank's credit
ledger in HUC 06010105 of the French Broad Watershed.
A copy of the Bank's Credit ledger reflecting the above transaction is attached to this Certificate.
