SCM #2&4 will discharge as diffused flow prior to entering the stream buffer. SCM #3 discharges to a low area that is not a wetland nor a stream. City of Lexington Watershed requirements require us to release the flow from the SCM #1 at a rate equal or less than the flow to that point prior to development. I have attached a portion of the stormwater report that was submitted to the City to meet that requirement. A plunge pool is designed to also diffuse the discharge from the SCM. Please provide information confirming that the outlets for the stormwater control measures that are discharging into wetlands will be discharged at non -erosive velocities and would not cause violations of water quality standards.
