Michael,
Only SCM #1 will discharge to a wetland. SCM #2&4 will discharge as diffused flow prior to entering the stream buffer.
SCM #3 discharges to a low area that is not a wetland nor a stream.
City of Lexington Watershed requirements require us to release the flow from the SCM #1 at a rate equal or less than
the flow to that point prior to development. I have attached a portion of the stormwater report that was submitted to
the City to meet that requirement. A plunge pool is designed to also diffuse the discharge from the SCM.
Please let me know if you would like for me to respond to Seren directly.
Thank You,
Jeremy L. McCall, CFM, PE

Good afternoon,
I have reviewed the above -noted project and require additional information to complete the review. Please provide a
response to the below item(s) within 30 days. Please note that the application will be considered "on hold" until a
complete response is received.
Please provide information confirming that the outlets for the stormwater control measures that are discharging
into wetlands will be discharged at non -erosive velocities and would not cause violations of water quality
standards.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Seren Homer (she/her/hers)
