1. Yes, the riprap will be installed to a level above the full pond. I did not understand that this was a disturbance. 
The disturbance above full pond will be 75 square feet from the riprap installaƟon. 
2. The below full pond impact is 150 square feet if measured to the outline of the boardwalk surface. I was spliƫng 
atoms and going to the outline of the 6x6 posts. We will use 150 square feet as the below full pond impact.

Hi Rob,  

Thanks for the updated informaƟon. I’m looking over it and just want to confirm a few things.  

1. The impact esƟmate says no impacts are proposed above full pond level. Does this mean that you plan to place 
all of the riprap below the full pond level? 

2. The below full pond impact esƟmate says 140 square feet for the boardwalk and riprap, but the site plan shows 
150 square feet. Do you know which is the correct number?

Hi Rob, 

We need a revised project descripƟon, plans, and impact esƟmates (both above and below pool) in order to conƟnue 
with the changes you menƟoned. I’ve aƩached a copy of the applicaƟon and the Request for AddiƟonal InformaƟon sent 
on January 23rd. We need all of the informaƟon requested in both documents in order to proceed. These can be emailed 
to me and don’t need to be submiƩed as a new applicaƟon. Please let me know if you have any quesƟons about it. The 
Army Corps has a 120‐day deadline for the state to process applicaƟons, so we’ll need this informaƟon before April 24th.

I have been tasked to follow up and get the permiƫng moving forward again. The original plan called for a sea wall; this 
is changing to a 3’ wide wood boardwalk with driven posts that will connect the exisƟng boathouse to an exisƟng dock

approximately 40’ distance. Shoreline stabilizaƟon will be rip‐rap. Can you advise how I should proceed to get this going
