I've attached some information that will help our discussions. As a background, this project was previously permitted recently under a Nationwide Permit and corresponding 401 (attached). The developer is now considering increasing impacts to stream channels on the site due to the site needs to accomodate large -scale commercial which is what market projections are showing is needed /viable in this area. The developer has gotten preliminary /investigative approval from the Town of Chapel Hill to explore this option further. It will be myself, Len Rindner and Adam Golden (applicant /developer) attending. Please forward meeting location and parking details when you get a chance, thanks!
