Hi Sheri,
I believe I sent an NCDENR agent authorization form signed by Time Warner to the attention of Karen Higgins for
permits on an earlier phase of this project in March. That permit was for a directional bore across the ICW at Holden
Beach (Corps of Engineers action ID SAW- 2015 - 00491). I think I sent her the original form and unfortunately I did not
keep a copy; can you use that one or do I need to get another one signed?
I'll print the additional copies of the PCNs and get them in the mail to you asap.
