Hey Scott,
It appears that you and Chris have resolved the issue you had regarding the stream call determination on Falling Creek
Farm.
I am not going to reissue the Falling Creek Farm site viability letter to include this additional ditch. Instead, I need to
issue a site viability letter for the ditch by itself. We will call it "Falling Creek Farm — add on". Please submit a formal Site
Viability Request Form and include all attachments, including a conservation easement boundary for the Add on area as
well as a boundary showing where DWR has already issued a viability letter for the rest of the Falling Creek Farm site
(showing that it's going to have a direct connection to the UT1 part of your project). Please make sure to identify ALL
hydrants and related infrastructure that is present along the ditch. Please also identify the riparian areas adjacent to the
ditch that are currently part of a CAFO Waste Utilization Plan (show this all on a Figure). Lastly, if you have it, any photo
or aerial that clearly shows the connectivity of the ditch from the building near the road to UT1 would be very helpful.
Once I get that from you, I will proceed with issuance of a site viability letter for the Falling Creek Farm — add on site.
