All Program Elements are up to date. The City of Statesville's Industrial Waste Survey was updated and approved on October 14th, 2021. The ERP was updated and approved on November 16th, 2021. The Long-Term Monitoring Plan was updated and approved on April 2nd, 2019. 4th Creek HWA was updated and approved on October 27th, 2017. 3rd Creek HWA was updated and approved on June 1st, 2018. 3rd Creek HWA was modified and sent to the state on June loth, 2021. 4' Creek HWA was submitted to the state on June 28th, 2022, and acknowledged on June 29th, 2022. Hi-Tec Plating #3008 does a batch discharge. On the months that they do not discharge, the industry sends me a "No Discharge" letter. When they do discharge, we do a split sample with the industry and average the results according to parameters that are required. Flows are based on sampling events by the industry and the POTW. SDFC, LLC permit #3002, was dropped due to closer of the facility. The approval for the permit drop was on 10/17/2022. The City of Statesville's Pretreatment Program continues to offer incentives for active participants in EPA's Strategic Goals Program and the City of Statesville's Common Sense Initiative. Waste Reduction Table is attached. Dental Amalgam Rule: In 2019 22 dental facilities submitted the one-time compliance report. We received 1 in 2020.
