Mr. Davidson,

This letter is in response to your 3-21-23 letter to Mountaintop Community Association
attached.

Per your letter the 11-3-22 BOD sample exceeded the daily max for BOD with 17.3 mg/L
over the 15 mg/L limit. The operator noted the higher result most likely due to toxic
shock from cleaners and higher flows.

The operator made pH adjustments to remedy the issue and additional testing all
compliant along with the monthly average.
