Proposed Activity Provide a detailed description of the proposed activity including its purpose and include the type of equipment to be used: Activity will involve the reestablishment of the existing public trust access road that has existed for 60 years that was originally installed to assist in the construction of the Butler Ford Bridge. The improvement will include the placement of a geogrid base to secure the ABC stone that will be used to improve the access ramp to Swift Creek. This will assist in preventing erosion of surface material into Swift Creek during the County's usage during our StRAP (Streamflow Rehabilitation Assistance Program) program and the general public for future years of usage. The type of equipment to be used are as follows: Dump truck for material delivery, Skid Steer, Smooth Drum Roller as well as necessary hand tools. No removal of sediment, vegetation or root mat disturbance will take place. Silt fencing will be used to address any runoff during the construction phase of the Swift Creek Access Ramp, Project will stay within the existing impervious surface area already being utilized for access to the creek. 1 b. All work to be done by the contractors will be managed by our consultant/project managers to maintain project consistency and in environmentally sound manner.
