Sullins, Director Division of Water Quality Chatham County On October 23, 2007, the 401 OversightlExpress Permitting Unit of the Division of Water Quality received a request from Kevin Yates, John R. McAdams, Inc., regarding a project known as "Briar Chapel (Phase 1 - Stormwater Modifications)" for acceptance into the Express Review Program. This letter advises you that your project will be accepted into the Express Review Program once the following items are received: a. The application fee of $1,000.00 made payable to the North Carolina Division of Water Quality [for Stormwater Modifications with 6 drainage areas] b. Three (3) complete and collated copies of the Express Review Stormwater Management Plan Application [(http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/ncwetlands/documents/Exp-Rev-SWMA.pdfJ c. Three (3) copies of all supporting information pertaining to this project including but limited to the following: i. Revised site layout plans, ii. Site impervious revisions and calculation sheets, iii. Revised BMP supplements for all BMPs, iv. Revised calculation sheets for all BMPs, v. Revised construction drawing sheets for all BMPs that are being modified, vi. One (1) original and two (2) copies of notarized Inspection & Maintenance Agreement for the stormwater management facilities d. For the areas being considered "low density"; i. Please delineate the drainage area and provide calculations of percent imperviousness, ii. Three copies showing details for on-site diffuse flow provisions (refer to http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/su/bmp forms.htm). iii. Please note that if you submit your application after October 31, 2007, and it is determined that the designated "low density" area has greater than 24% imperviousness, then a stormwater. management plan will be required in addition to any applicable fee. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The clock for this project will not start until receipt of the completed application package and required fee are received. If it is determined that the services are different from that indicated on the Initial Interest Form, you may be required to remit an additional fee.
