The groundwater lowering system discharging to the wetland feature was observed during the inspection by Geoff Kegley. Some of the flow from the groundwater lowering system seeps back toward infiltration basin A. CWSNC further investigated the issue and discovered mature trees were growing in front of the effluent discharge pipe. Those trees have been removed and flow is now being distributed towards the wetlands. 2. Corrosion/rust was observed on the inside of EQ basin and should be repaired, per Geoff Kegley. CWSNC has contacted a professional company that specializes in metal rehabilitation work to assess the corrosion/rust on the inside of the EQ basin. Necessary repairs will be made, which may include sand blasting, priming, and painting, of the area where corrosion/rust was observed. P.O.
