I received your request for addition infvrmatibn an January 12, 2023,, and this letter is to answer the
request. You asked if we have any "setback
givers" for our facility. The answer is that to my
knowledge there are no setback waivers that1have been given to us during our ownership going back to
around 2006. If there were any prior to our tOking ownership of the facility I was not given any such
documentation of it.
As stated in the prior request for information
e do not awn any of the land the facility sets on only the
equipment itself, We have lease agreements'that we provided documentation of in that request
response. I am not sure if the owners were given any setback waivers when the facility was constructed
and have no way of f4F
inding this out because
such documents.
