The Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) has received and reviewed the submitted 2022 Annual Report
for the above -stated facility. No site visit was conducted as a part of the review process.
Waypoint Analytical has reported both SAR and PAN calculations with the variables populated in the AR
for all required quarters. Please continue to show the populated formulas for PAN and SAR calculations
in future Annual Reports.
Several of the Chain of Custody (C.O.C.) forms during 2022 did not indicate a method of preservation. It
is important to be sure preservation method is noted somewhere on the C.O.C.
