B. ORC: Chad Leinbach will be submitting the appropriate paperwork for Back -Up ORC
C. The 2 wetland cells are still in use; error on my part in not listing.

I will make a reminder to check on Tuesday (I will be out of the office Monday) and
submit. Below is a basic summary of the answers.

be the way to go. As of yesterday, however, the program we use to file
documents went down. It will hopefully be back up by the end of the week.
For now I think an email will suffice. If you could try again in a few days just
