In response to your permit major modification request received on December 9, 2022, and
subsequent additional information received on February 15, 2023, we are forwarding herewith a modified
Attachment B certified March 24, 2023, to Triple S Farms and Cleaning, Inc. for the subject program.
Modifications to the subject Attachment are as follows:
➢ Four fields owned by Jonathan Smith (i.e., JS-I, JS-2, JS-3, and JS-4) have been added with a
cumulative area 25.35 acres.
➢ One field owned by Lonnie Thigpen (i.e., LT -I) have been added with an area of 21.58 acres.
➢ Two fields owned by Scott Thigpen (i.e., ST-1 and ST-2) have been added with a cumulative
area of 34.35 acres.
➢ Ten fields owned by Mike Williams (i.e., MW-I, MW-2A, MW-2B, MW-3, MW-4, MW-5,
MWA MW-7, MW-8, and MW9) have been added with a cumulative area of 70.35 acres.
The modified Attachment B is effective from the date of certification until June 30, 2027, shall
replace Attachment B of Permit No. WQ0030998 issued on May 3, 2021, that was previously certified on
April 18, 2022, and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations therein, as well as those specified in
the above -referenced permit. Please replace Attachment B of Permit No. WQ0030998 that the Division
certified on April 18, 2022, with the modified Attachment B. The Permittee shall submit a renewal
application no later than January 1, 2027.
