ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS This staff report was prepared for the renewal of Non -Discharge Permit WQ0032827. The facility is well maintained without any observed problems with the disposal area. The fields are well maintained with a fence around the area. Mr. Steve Hoffman with Septic services is a private consultant for Mr. Robert and Mrs. Peggy Waterman, the permittees. Mr. Steve Hoffman assists the permittees with any maintenance required to the system. There are no additions or changes to the current permit for renewal. FORM: WQROSSR 04-14 Page 5 of 5
