The project will consist of the construction of no more than ten habitable treehouses , an office
and maintenance building, roads, drives and parking spaces. The project will be completed in
one phase.
Initially the infrastructure will be built out including the office and maintenance building. Then
the treehouses will be constructed. Not all treehouses will be built simultaneously. As they are
completed and Certificate of Occupancy's are obtained for each one, they will be occupied for
short term rental. It is anticipated that the entire project will not take longer than five years to
complete.
