I did notice that the application states no impacts are proposed below the normal pool lake level but that the drawings show structure placed below the full pond level. The application wording could be a little better here, but all structure below the full pond level would be considered an impact below the normal pool lake level. Could you provide a calculation of the amount of impact proposed below the full pond level and adjust the impact above that level if needed?
