I wanted to make you aware that the County (owner of MCMS parcel) has transferred the property to the Board of 
Education.  Deed and property agreement is attached.  I don’t know if this impacts any of the ongoing permitting.  My 
feeling is that we let the open permits move to approval and then adjust the owner information. 

Please let me know if you have a different opinion and if we need to adjust anything in the short term.  Thanks.
