Inspection Summary:
Site inspection was conducted on April 21, 2023 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. Jon Osopovitch,
Ross Straup, and Jesse Martinez were present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
- 964+00 RT - Clean up and identify solution observed at outlet of stonnwater drainage.
- 969+00 RT Site 11 - Sediment cleanup is complete.
- Y6 30" Outlet to JS. Remove any sediment in box. Cover slopes at junction box. Recommend priortizing completion
of this site in order to prevent any sediment loss into the adjacent JS.
- Continue to meet NPDES ground cover requirements.
