I'm housing the project for now. If you did not receive an application until 3/2/2023, then to me that is the RPOT start
date should mirror that, with an end date of 6/30/2023. I'll add this correspondence to the file!

Hey Sam,

Are you taking this project over? Just for clarification, the PN that Bryan issued said the RPOT for DWR was 120 days
from the PN date, however, DWR did not receive an application for this project until 3/2 so I believe that should be
changed to 120 days from receipt of the application? Can you confirm that please.
