Here is the permit I spoke of. The system was designed for RiverWinds only but you can see I upgraded the
system to a three inch line so all others on this line could hookup to the sewer system. About 15 water front lots can hook
up.
The 10 slip marina next door has hooked to the sewer line plus there is now a house on the lot and they have expanded
to a 18 plus marina plus a sailing school which has around 50 boats on just a 1/2 acre lot.
This takes a lot of sewage that would be going into the water front property ground water and sends it to the sewer plant.
I did this so I could raise the property above flood level so now you get out of your car and walk in the front door which
makes RiverWinds ADA accessible.
Elevators to all three floors.
Now I need decks on the water side so the owners can leave the units and be out side with out going down stairs.
Please consider since day one RiverWinds was designed with ADA accessibility in mind.
Now owners that can not go down stairs would like to be able to leave their units to go out side on the water side and
enjoy being on the decks with family and friends and not be stuck inside while others enjoy the great out doors. Just
because they do not have the mobility of others they still like to enjoy life that some take for granitite.
I have always pulled the permits needed for all projects I have done.
Now this permit is needed to help people that need ADA accessibility and not denied or make them feel they have been
left out of events that people with out disability enjoy.
They are the ones that make this a great and special Nation.
