Hey Lori and Dave,
Attached are acceptance letters regarding stream and wetland mitigation for U-5312. The wetland mitigation is coming
through DIMS (0.06 acres at 2:1 = 0.12 acres), but the stream mitigation needs are being obtained from a mitigation bank
(389' at 2:1 = 778'). The MRT form for the stream mitigation can be sent to Brad Chilton [e-mail], and he
will have the mitigation banker sign the form.
