I'm in support of approving the SOC and allowing the release of sanitary sewer capacity as soon as
possible as long as the Town stays on track with the action items outlined. The industry announced
in the Town of Siler City and supporting growth will bring additional tax base to fund the Town's
infrastructure. I would suggest the Town adjust water and sewer system development fees in line
with Charlotte and Raleigh.
