Za n, The area in the photo was actually not submitted as a stream impact because there was no crossing that took place. However, it is apparent that the creek bank has been permanently impacted due to rip -rap installation. Rip -rap was not shown on the construction drawings, nor intended (as shown in the attachment); however, our inspector felt it was necessary in order to stabilize the bank following installation of the new sewer line. This section of pipe was replaced in the existing trench, which is located immediately adjacent to the creek. FYI, the rip -rap on the left side of the photo gives the appearance that a stream crossing was made; however, this was existing material as confirmed by our preconstruction video. We did have to tie the existing 8" DIP line (from Riverside Business Park) back into MH #4, but this was all completed on the south side of the creek (i.e. 2' outside of the MH). Please let me know if you need additional information, and how you wish to proceed. Thanks, W. Hunter Carson, P.E. Which stream impact # from your application is shown in the attached picture? The impact length appears greater than anything listed in your stream impact table. Regards, Zan Price, P.E.
