Thanks for checking Sheri. When I try to pay it, it does not recognize version 2. When I entered version 1, it requires a
payment of $570.00 instead of $240.00.

Frankly, I’m OK paying the $570.00 but I don’t know if that will mess up the system and if it will still be associated with
the version 2.

We submitted a permit application on 12/15/2022, which was deemed incomplete and withdrawn on 12/19/2022. We
resubmitted a revised application (see attached) on 12/21/2022. We were never sent the 401-porocessing fee request
that I can find. I am concerned that the wires were crossed on the withdrawal and resubmittal. Please check your files
and see if the 401-processing fee was requested and not paid or if the 401-processing fee request was mistakenly not
sent for the resubmittal. If you would please send 401-processing fee request, I will pay it upon receipt.
