Regarding Violation NOV 2023-LV-0221. We have still struggled at times to get proper disinfection. We
have replaced the quartz sleeves in the UV bank. We have also lowered the flow through the UV
substantially to try to allow for greater contact time. Finally, we believe that the warmer temperatures have
allowed for fan operation to be more continuous. A solution to this issue (for next winter) is being worked on
with the manufacturer of the treatment plant.
