Project Location: 47047 Rocky Rollinson Road (SR 1230), Buxton, Dare County; Adjacent man-
made basin which connects to Cape Creek and the Pamlico Sound

Proposed Project: Remove 15-foot section of rock riprap & install a 20’x15’ concrete boat ramp
on the left (northwest) side of the current pier, with 400 square feet (sf) of
gravel access; installation of ±440 linear feet of rock riprap, with a maximum
width of 6 feet.
