WIRO confirmed that ONWASA does not want to take over this facility until the renewal goes into effect. • Cecil Morton contacted Maureen Scardina in April 2012 because he was under the impression ONWASA had taken care of the name/ownership change and was concerned about getting the permit changed over to ONWASA. The draft was sent to Mr. Morton He contacted ONWASA and they in turn contacted me asking for instructions on doing the name/ownership change and a link was provided. Since the permit is still in draft the name/change is being done with the renewal. • Division received the name/ownership change on 5/9/12.
