We received your request to modify the monitoring provisions in the above permit
Certificate of Coverage (COC) on November 23, 2022. You requested to add a comingled
wastewater outfall for vehicle cleaning, wetting of raw material stockpiles, and mixing
drum cleanout. On December 15, 2022 Lily Kay with the Winston-Salem Regional Office
conducted a site visit to inspect the facility and determine whether or not the modification
is recommended. Your request has been approved, please review the monitoring
requirements associated with stormwater and wastewater discharges in General Permit
NCG140000
This permit does not affect the legal requirements to obtain other permits which
may be required by the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources, or permits
required by the Division of Water Resources, Coastal Area Management Act, or any other
federal or local governmental permit that may be required. If you have any questions
