Grantor) and,
GRANTEE: SIRE DUNN INDUSTRIAL, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, whose mailing address is 319
Chapanoke Road, Raleigh, NC 27603 (herein referred to as Grantee).

WITNESSETH:
For valuable consideration from Grantee to Grantor, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
Grantor hereby gives, grants, bargains, sells and conveys unto Grantee in fee simple the following described property
located in Averasboro Township, Harnett County, North Carolina and more particularly described as follows:
BEING ALL OF Tract 1 as shown on plat entitled "Subdivision for Hazel B. McLamb & David
Wayne McLamb" recorded in Plat Book 2015, Page 35 Harnett County Registry.
The Property hereinabove described was acquired by Grantor by instrument recorded in Book 1226, Page 525 Harnett
County Registry, by instrument recorded in Book 1681, Page 862 Harnett County Registry in connection with the Estate
of Cleveland B. McLamb (Johnston County Estate File No. 01-E-672), and by instrument recorded in Book 3231, Page
54 Harnett County Registry.
A map showing the Property is recorded in Plat Book 2015, Page 35 Harnett County Registry.
All or a portion of the property herein conveyed does not include the primary residence of a Grantor.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto Grantee, together with all privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, in fee
simple, subject to the following Exceptions and Reservations:
