On April 8, 2013, I inspected the construction work on Bridge No. 3 on NCSR 1102 in Polk County. �Most of
the work on the first phase of the project has been completed. Sediment and erosion control structures
appeared to be working properly.
Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and that seeding and mulching are
performed as needed to protect downstream waters. A copy of the inspection report is attached to this letter.
