I am sending this Updated 5 day bypass report to you to close out the bypass that I talked to you about on
Monday April the loth. You asked that I update my 5-day report to reflect the 24-hour notice being reported
to EM-43 on 4/8/23 at 9:07pm, with a follow-up to DWR on 4/10/23.
Our permit number is NCO020354 and the incident number is 202300636.
If there is anything else that I need to add to this, let me know and I will add it and resend it to you. My cell #
