Preliminary Jurisdictional Determination Request

Chris:

The applicant, Mr. Michael Martin of PresPro, is requesting approval of the enclosed delineation
package of Waters of the U.S. for a preliminary jurisdictional determination. Atlas
Environmental staff completed the delineation on April 20, 2022 and assessed the presence of
one wetland within the review area.

The review area is under an active development process with most of the site being cleared and
a silt fence running along the northern edge of the boundary. Wetland (WL 1000) runs through
the center of the property. WL 1000 has a hydrologic connection to an offsite stream feature
that flows North through a culvert under South Whitehead Avenue.

Enclosed are the necessary jurisdictional determination documents and additional information.
