Brianna,
Inspection was conducted for the Airgas facility in Goldsboro on 4/4/23. Report is attached.
Rescission Request Form was received from Airgas, based on their understanding that a portion of
their manufacturing process had been discontinued in the recent past. But this facility still conducts
storage and distribution operations of compressed and liquified gases (SIC 5169) and should
continue to be regulated under the existing permit. It is recommended that the rescission request be
denied.
Previous permit expired on 7/31/2020. It is recommended that permit NCS000043 be renewed.
