Inspection Summary:
Routine compliance inspection with Fortin Contracting Services staff, their assistance during the visit was appreciated
System continues to experience periodic total nitrogen (TN) effluent limit exceedances. There have been no effluent TN
exceedances in the past 5 months and no monitoring well limit exceedances of any measured nitrogen parameter over the
past 2 years.
As a reminder, application for renewal of this permit is required to be submitted no later than 6 months prior to expiration on
3/31 /2022.
