After conducting a preliminary review of the PCN application requesting 0.19 acres of 404/401 wetland impacts for
proposed single-family residential development utilizing the Nationwide 18 and the corresponding Water Quality
General Certification (GC) 3890, this Office requests clarification on whether the project should elevated to an individual
permitting process due to the limit of 0.10 acre of fill under the NW 18.
