Per our telephone conversation on 10!17/07, I am providing a the first page to the NWP 29 application for
the referenced project. The first page has been revised to identify that the applications submitted to
DWQ were courtesy copies, as the proposed wetland impacts are less than 1/3 acre and a 401 Water
Quality Certification is not needed for this project. Please accept this email as a response to your Request
for More Information letter, dated 10/15/07.
